I’m glad I only had one stubborn little brat (who is now a sweet and gettting-to-be-helpful boy) by the time I was introduced to the Pearls. If I had $1,000 to spend on books, I’d buy a few cases of theirs, and distribute them immediately, to some needy, and looking-for-options, families.

A lot of my friends recommend this book. . .I keep thinking I should look at it again. I think I already follow a number of the suggestions, but found the book a bit overwhelming!

This makes me want to jump right up and go make something. When they have their ears turned on, kids are great in the kitchen, aren’t they? I think it’s wonderful you have allowed yours to help, and figure out what it’s all about while they still want to. My not-quite-two-year-old is a super mixer, even if her co-ordination needs some work.

I love it, I love it, I love it! These pictures are hilarious. It has not snowed yet where I live, but I will have to show these pictures to my son, and maybe he will be more adventurous about the snow, when it comes. As soon as there is a nip in the air, he thinks insulated coveralls, with the hood up, are in order.
